Creep and stress relaxation: the dual core of long-term performance testing

How to calibrate the load, displacement and speed of the universal testing machine

Load calibration: ensure the accuracy of force measurement

Use a laser rangefinder, displacement sensor or stopwatch in combination with a standard scale plate to measure the distance the crossbeam moves per unit time;
Calculate the error between the actual speed and the set value, and the error should be controlled within ±1% (according to the test level requirements);
Speed ​​calibration should be performed without a specimen and no load to avoid load interference.
