Function Overview:
The Intelligent Rebar Weight Deviation and Gauge is a specialized instrument for measuring and marking the weight deviation of construction steel bars.
Meets the following standards:
GB/T 1499.2-2018 Steel for Reinforcement of Concrete Part 2: Hot-rolled Ribbed Bars
GB/T 228.1-2021 Metallic Materials—Tensile Tests—Part 1: Room Temperature Test Methods
GB/T 1499.1-2017 Steel for Reinforcement of Concrete Part 1: Hot-rolled Plain Round Bars
GB/T 21839-2019 Test Methods for Steel for Prestressed Concrete
Main Features:
Combines weight deviation and gauge functions.
The control system can weigh and gauge up to five bars at a time, improving testing efficiency and reducing construction costs.
The embedded touch screen allows for real-time display, calculation, analysis, and printing of test results, enhancing data reliability.
Equipped with data networking, test data is automatically uploaded to the cloud for permanent storage, ensuring data traceability and restoration. High-precision positioning devices enable millimeter-level positioning accuracy, enhancing test precision.
Laser marking provides gentle, clear marking, preventing forceful manipulation that could damage the rebar structure and ensuring project quality.
Main Unit Structure:
The main unit features an integrated control system and a semi-open design for easy specimen placement and removal. A triaxial structure is used to weigh and measure the length of rebar.
Installation:
This equipment is powered by 220V. The testing machine should be installed in a clean, dry, vibration-free room with a room temperature between 10°C and 30°C. Sufficient space (≥ 0.7m) should be provided around the testing machine for testing and maintenance. The main unit should be placed directly on a level surface.
